Welcome to the registration page for Arizona State University Panhellenic Formal Recruitment 2019. 

Registration will open on June 1st, 2019, and close on August 21st
Please do not register for recruitment until you have been admitted to and register for classes at Arizona State Unviersity

Formal Recruitment Registration is not required to pursue membership in Alpha Epsilon Phi Sorority, Phi Sigma Rho Sorority and Mu Epsilon Theta Sorority, which are affiliated with the Panhellenic Council at Arizona State and conduct informal recruitment events to recruit, educate & select potential new members for their organization. Potential new members will visit with these 3 chapters during the First Round of recruitment to learn more about each of these organizations.

Registration is not need to pursue membership in sororities affiliated with the Multicultural Greek Council (MGC), National Association of Latino Fraternal Organizations (NALFO), or the National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC). 
Cultural Greek Open House will be an opportunity to learn about Culturally Based Fraternitites & Sororities on August 27th in the Greek Leaderhip Community Center

Panhellenic Formal Recruitment 2019 will be held on the following dates on the Tempe Campus. Round 1 events will be held in the Memorial Union, Student Pavilion, Greek Leadership Community Center, & Sun Devil Fitness Complex. Round 2, Round 3 & Round 4 Events will be held in chapter facilitiies at the Greek Leadership Village. 
Please ensure you are available during these times to participate in all formal recruitment rounds and events: 
August 21 & 22: Orientation (4 options, plan to attend 1 sesssion)
August 24-25 all day: Round 1 
August 30 evening & August 31 all day: Round 2
September 1 all day: Round 3
September 2 all day: Round 4 Preference 
September 3 evening: Bid Day 

If you have an academic committment, ASU student athlete committment, religious committment, urgent family committment or scheduling concern during any of these days, please email asu.pha.recruitmentexcuses@gmail.com before you register for recruitment to ensure you are eligible to continue with formal recruitment participation. Please know that formal recruitment is a formal interview process that potential new members must be present in person to meet with chapters in order to be eligible to be invited back for further rounds.
